It is no surprise that more people are working from home due to the COVID pandemic. A recent study showed about 62% of employees between 22-65 years old say they work remotely at least some of the time.1 With increased opportunities to work from home and a greater number of students participating in online schoolwork, we have seen a rise in postural issues as a result of a sedentary lifestyle. We have all heard by now the “correct” way to sit in a chair and we know poor postu
